Chack-in / Check-out
Check-in from 3:00pm, check-out by 9:00am on the day of departure. Please let us know your expected arrival time and a mobile number so we can be as organised as possible.
Confirmation of reservation
To make your reservation final, you must send us a deposit of 30% of the agreed price by bank transfer. If the booking is made less than 4 weeks from the date of stay, the payment must be equal to the entire agreed value.
Terms of payment
The balance can be paid in cash, by bank transfer or by credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard, Nexi (CartaSi) or Bancomat.
Cancellation conditions, in case of cancellation:
- Up to 4 weeks before arrival we will retain your deposit
- Between 4 weeks and 1 week before arrival we will retain 75% of the full price agreed
- Less than 1 week before arrival we will retain 100% of the full price agreed
Deposit
Upon arrival, you will be asked to leave a security deposit of €1,000 by credit card. The deposit will be returned no later than 4 days after your departure, allowing for a careful inspection of the Chalet.
Services on request
We suggest you book any paid services at the same time as booking the Chalet, to ensure the availability of the services themselves.
No smoking
For safety reasons, smoking is forbidden inside the Chalet.
Pets
We trust that you understand we are unable to accommodate pets.
